Bob's Red Mill has an online catalog. They are a wonderful company. I used to take my kids there for a home school field trip and have a treat. They are quite expensive but have every specialty item in grains and legumes and have the organic choices also.

The new Dinner is in the Jar book has mostly soup recipes.
These can also be made and sealed in mylar bags! If I used jars I would use old mayo or pickle jars and save canning jars for canning.

Winco is going to be carrying a food safe 5 gal. bucket $4, lid $1.62 and Gamma Seal lid $6.98 for sale. The Hazel Dell Winco carries them now. I saw them in an Oregon store last Thurs.
The Home Storage Center on 82nd Ave. was busy but organized and I canned a few things last Thurs. They have had a real jump in numbers; from $500.00 to $85,000 per month.
